Weekend Recap

It was so great to go walking out on the old walking path with my friend Saturday morning. It was a beautiful day out, and the morning was fresh and gorgeous as can be. Just like old times, walking and chatting non-stop. I always loved walking this path, especially with friends.

Jer got here after a long drive on Friday night. Saturday I enjoyed a pedicure at a new nail shop in town. We had a great barbecue with family Saturday night. We all enjoyed watching Jer play Wii Fit. Poor guy jammed his toe yesterday when he really got into the ski jumping game. Also watching him do Yoga and Hula Hoop was classic. Ang, you will have to post the video of that on your blog.


Met up with our Brother in law, Dave, in St. George for dinner yesterday. We had a great visit!! Look forward to seeing the shows at Tuachan this summer that he's been doing the sound design for. Also, we passed a huge fire from a plant exploding in Southern Utah. It was crazy.

It was fun calling my sister Jenny Sat. night and surprising her with news she would be flying to Vegas for a fun trip with us. She's so excited. Thanks to everyone for keeping this fun secret. We met her at the Vegas airport last night at 9:45, and we're staying at the MGM. Jenny was so excited last night she couldn't go to sleep. Madi got the bible out of the drawer and said"Here read this it will calm you down." So Funny!! Check back for posts about our Grisswall family vacation. :)
