School started back for the new semester on Wednesday Jan. 5th. School was cancelled on Jan. 11 and 12th due to a 5 inch snowfall. Madilynn and Molly had a great time playing in the snow, and building their snowman head. The neighbor kids met them in the backyard after about 45 minutes. They would put the sled at the top of the slide, go down the slide on the sled very fast, and would go far. They loved it! I didn't get pictures of them sleding down the slide, but loved watching them from inside. Molly came in after 90minutes, but Madilynn played in the snow for almost 3 hrs. that first day.
Little did we know, many more snow days to come!
