Wednesday Nov. 25, 2009

Jer awoke around 5:00am(although his alarm had gone off since 3am) to head over to the Today Show for the Bon Jovi concert. He also wanted to take the "Mommy is Pregnant" sign again in hopes getting it on TV. We made the letters darker and larger so it would be seen. On Tuesday when we were there the camera got a great shot of us with our sign, but the letters were to light.:( Anyway, you all know the camera got a great shot of Jer and the sign. Such a fun way to announce our new baby!!!

Jer met us back at the room around 9:30 and we enjoyed breakfast then headed out for the day.

First Stop- Giant Toys R Us across the street from our hotel

Second Stop- Giant Build-a-Bear store
When you spent $30 or more you could purchase the Portugese Water Dog for $10. So yes, Madi came home with a new animal. I'm putting my foot down now, no more stuffed animals Madi!

After spending forever in those 2 stores we caught the subway Uptown to go see the Macy's Balloon Blow-up! It got misty and very cold while we were there. The balloons are set up on the block that surround the Museum of Natural History. Balloon Post

A few more photos from balloon night

Beautiful Brownstones we past while walking to Museum

Nestle Toll House was giving everyone cookiesMolly was so excited to eat her cookie!

We then rode the subway to 5th Ave., well almost. We got off 1 stop early, and ended walking a very long way. I wanted to get the famous frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity. We got there and it was a 2 hr. wait. Nevermind, didn't need to try it that bad. I know some of you would tell me it was worth the wait, but not we 3 hungry kidddos, and pregnant me who was getting very nauseous from being so hungry. We were all starving, and a block down we found California Pizza Kitchen. It felt so good to just sit, relax our feet, and eat. The BBQ Chicken Salad has never tasted so good to me! Molly enjoyed every last bite, of her Ice Cream Sundae.

We stopped at Dylan's Candy Bar. So Cute!
